MEDIA ALERT Oregon Tech Hosts Innovation Clinic on November 7 for High School and College Students
WHEN: Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Members of the media are invited to attend.

WHAT: Oregon Tech is hosting the 4th annual "Ready, Set, Innovate," a day-long innovation clinic where students will use design thinking (a creative team-based approach to problem-solving) to work on a community-informed challenge:
· How might we reimagine Lake Ewauna to make it more attractive to/for: Business & Economic Development, Tourism & Recreation, Nature & Wildlife, or Health & Community
The event will bring together 150 high school and college students, along with community mentors and volunteers, to participate in workshops and activities designed to inspire innovative thinking. The event will feature hands-on sessions to develop team-based solutions to real-world challenges. See a snippet from last year’s event here Ready, Set, Innovate!
