The Chicken Shack opened on August 14, 2014, and has been serving fingers, wings and fries in Klamath Falls ever since. The menu runs from combos, Shack Packs and a kids meal to Single, Double and Triple Shack burgers, salads and wraps, Shack Snax like fried cheese curds and gizzards, homemade chili, and a seafood menu called The Shack By The Sea, with a long list of house sauces and dry seasonings.

The Coop Lounge is part of the same family, and the house-made, small-batch clam chowder from Uncle Ronnie's family recipe shows up on Fridays at both.
