The Klamath Community College Foundation is inviting local businesses and community members to From Acorns to Oaks, an evening of dinner, live music and networking on Friday, October 23, at the Woodlands Ballroom at Running Y Resort. The social hour begins at 5:30 PM.

Every dollar raised goes to building the future home of KCC's Childcare Learning Center, and the evening is part of the Foundation's push to reach the finish line of its $1 million capital campaign.

"Calling all Klamath business leaders! Don't miss your chance to make a difference," the Foundation wrote in announcing the event. "Enjoy an evening of great food, entertainment, and community as we work together to build a brighter future for our children."

Business leaders and community advocates will be joined by a special guest: Miss Oregon, Allyssa DeFillipo.
