Since 1958, Klamath Falls Gospel Mission has faithfully served the 'less fortunate' of our community with meals, hot showers, clothing, and shelter, along with life-giving hope from God's word.

As a GOSPEL mission, we aren't eligible for local, state, or federal funding. We rely solely on the support of individuals, churches, businesses, and a few faith-friendly foundations. This is the house that Klamath Falls built and sustains, and its ministry is growing.

Grace and Thyme Catering

This year we added a catering service to support the Mission and train residents in employable skills that will sustain them as they leave the Mission. Grace and Thyme Catering is up and running. Faith-based treatment on the way

Soon, KFGM will offer Klamath Falls' only faith-based alcohol and drug treatment. New Life Substance Counseling's CADC / bilingual counselor is certified and ready to begin, pending the Oregon Health Authority's seal of approval. Very exciting, considering faith-based treatment boasts a significantly higher long-term success rate — the share of people who remain substance free after one year.

The year in numbers

KFGM served over 54,400 meals last year and housed individuals over 1,300 bed nights in our Men's, Women's, and Women and Children's houses. All this with only 6 full-time and 4 part-time employees. We rely on the faithful service of our volunteers, who share our burden for remembering the poor.

Volunteer. KFGM is always looking for a few good men or women who want to serve by serving others. Whether you have 1 hour per week or 1 day per month, we can always use more hands to make lighter work. Just call Candy at 541-882-4895 (0).

Donate. KFGM is impressively frugal. Your investment in KFGM will be used wisely and stay in our community. A donation to KFGM is a solid investment in the Klamath Falls community. We cannot do what we do without you. Since 1958, the good folks of Klamath Falls have supported and sustained the city's only year-round shelter.
