On May 1st, 2024, in the heart of Klamath Falls, Oregon, a solemn yet profound event took place — paying homage to the selfless individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

The 2024 Law Enforcement Officers Memorial, organized by retired officer Mike Angeli, served as a poignant reminder of the invaluable contributions and unwavering dedication of those who valiantly protect and serve our communities.

A Heartfelt Initiative Born from Personal Experience

For Mike Angeli, the Memorial held a deeply personal significance.

Having lost five dear friends and colleagues during his career, he understands first-hand the cost of law enforcement service. The Memorial isn't an abstract civic exercise for Mike — it's about specific people, specific families, and specific losses that the community lives with.
