At the YMCA of Klamath Falls, we are committed to helping members achieve their fitness goals. One way we do that is by offering Personal Training to our members who are just starting their fitness journey or who want to take their fitness to the next level. Our certified personal trainers have a vast background in sports and movement and a passion for helping people improve their wellbeing through exercise.
We currently have two certified personal trainers on staff who share a passion for helping others improve their lives through exercise.
Simon Prideaux
Simon Prideaux has been a personal trainer for 7 years and hails from Penarth, Wales. His fitness journey was kickstarted by being told what his limitations were. He said that he was told he "could never fully participate in physical activity due to chronic asthma," but instead of letting this limit his dreams, he set out to prove that statement wrong.
He got into soccer and then expanded into broader strength and conditioning work — and that personal transformation drives everything he does in the gym today.
