Neil — along with his partners — owned and operated an insurance company at this location.

In 2021, Cheri had the opportunity to purchase the building from her uncle Matt Hurley, who had retired from the insurance business. She is now honored to be the third-generation owner of this historic downtown building and continue to support the local community.

That generational thread — grandfather → uncle → niece — running through the same Main Street building is exactly the kind of multi-generational small-business story that anchors a community to its downtown.
