It is the firm belief of Klamath Music that music, arts, and cultural outlets have the potential to play a promising, prominent role in the future of our growing Klamath Basin community. From tourism and economic development to creative opportunity and enhancing local quality of life, Klamath Music is striving to put Klamath Falls on various West Coast maps for something special.
As part of that, the organization is excited to announce the return of its popular Under Klamath Skies program series with some fun redesigned elements and new friends helping helm efforts.
A Music, Art, and History Collaboration
Designed as a live music, art, and history collaboration, the 2025 Under Klamath Skies program will see Klamath Music joining forces with both the Klamath County Museum and local art nonprofit Underground Art KF for three events. (Underground Art KF has captivated many local residents with its recent pop-up art events.)
Scheduled for:
- May 1 (indoors)
- July 31 (indoors and outdoors)
- September 18 (indoors and outdoors)
…all at the Klamath County Museum.
Events will feature museum walk-throughs, food, and free-flowing social formats, in addition to performances by regional musicians and exhibits by visual artists with regional connections.
Free Admission, Funded by the Festival
With free admission, thanks to proceeds from Klamath Music's annual Klamath Music Festival, the 2025 Under Klamath Skies series is also part of an ongoing effort to help bring back the historic Klamath County Museum stage. In decades past, the stage featured performances from across the region — and Klamath Music is committed to returning that history to active service.
Why It Matters
The Klamath Basin has the bones of a music hub. We have venues, we have audiences, and we have an extraordinary depth of local and regional musical talent. What we're building with the Festival, the Showcase Series, and Under Klamath Skies is the connective tissue — the kind of consistent year-round programming that gives musicians a place to grow and gives audiences something to count on.
