You Will Need

  • Red, white, and pink paper — various shades
  • Scissors
  • Tape or staples

Steps

  1. Cut your paper into strips, about 1 inch in length. Feel free to have some strips shorter or longer if you want your hearts to be varying in size.
  2. Fold your strips in half and press down on the crease — this will be the point of the heart.
  3. Fold the ends into one another, creating the top curves of the heart. Pinch together and either tape or staple them to stick.
  4. Repeat these steps, but loop one end of the next strip into your first heart so they connect together.
  5. Continue until your garland is as long as you want it.
