Valentine's Day is right around the corner. Are you looking for an easy craft even little hands can do? Try this heart garland for a weekend activity the whole family can enjoy.
You Will Need
- Red, white, and pink paper — various shades
- Scissors
- Tape or staples
Steps
- Cut your paper into strips, about 1 inch in length. Feel free to have some strips shorter or longer if you want your hearts to be varying in size.
- Fold your strips in half and press down on the crease — this will be the point of the heart.
- Fold the ends into one another, creating the top curves of the heart. Pinch together and either tape or staple them to stick.
- Repeat these steps, but loop one end of the next strip into your first heart so they connect together.
- Continue until your garland is as long as you want it.
