Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin purée
- 2½ Tbsp arrowroot starch
- ¾ cup full-fat canned coconut milk
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Steps
- Blend it all in a food processor until smooth, add to a prepared crust, and cook for 40–45 minutes or so until golden.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate overnight and enjoy.
