These are the perfect pre-workout snack or post-dinner dessert. They are vegan, packed with whole-food ingredients, have added protein, and take only 10 minutes to make.

What You'll Need
- 90g rolled oats
- 90g oat flour
- 15g unflavored pea protein (or other)
- 40 ml pure maple syrup
- 30g zero-sugar pancake syrup (or other sweetener — you can also just increase the maple syrup amount)
- 80g almond butter (or other nut butter of choice)
- 90 ml water
- 200g berries (I used raspberries, but you can do any fruit / filling here)
Steps
- Mix ALL ingredients except your berries in a bowl until well combined.
- Heat your berries in a small saucepan on low-medium heat until a jam consistency is achieved (~3 minutes).
- Layer half of your oat mixture flat into a parchment-lined bread pan (I used a spatula).
- Add your berries on top of the bottom layer, then add the rest of your oat mixture either flat or crumbled.
- Freeze for 1 hour or until set, then enjoy.
