What You'll Need

  • 8–10g creamy tahini
  • 5g nutritional yeast
  • 65g no-salt-added sweet peas
  • 30g diced tomatoes (or even salsa)
  • A squeeze of lemon juice (~3 ml)
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Add your peas to a small bowl and mash until mostly creamy.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until fully combined. (You can add the everything bagel seasoning inside or on top to make it pretty.)
  3. Enjoy on your favorite toast, bagel, wrap, or with chips.
