What You'll Need
- 8–10g creamy tahini
- 5g nutritional yeast
- 65g no-salt-added sweet peas
- 30g diced tomatoes (or even salsa)
- A squeeze of lemon juice (~3 ml)
- 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Add your peas to a small bowl and mash until mostly creamy.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until fully combined. (You can add the everything bagel seasoning inside or on top to make it pretty.)
- Enjoy on your favorite toast, bagel, wrap, or with chips.
