Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ½ red onion (minced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2–4 tablespoons cilantro (minced and optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne (optional)
- 1 jalapeño pepper (minced, seeds removed, optional)
Steps
- Take your avocados, remove pits, and scoop out the insides. Mash the avocados in a mixing bowl. If you like your guacamole chunky, don't over-mash.
- Carefully mix in the other ingredients. Salt to taste, and add black pepper to taste.
- Enjoy.
