πŸ“– In our November 2024 edition of Klamath Living Magazine, we're honored to feature the inspiring journey of the Bouma family - a testament to service, adventure, and togetherness.

Colonel Lee Bouma's remarkable Air Force career spans from F-16 maintainer to Commander of the 173rd Fighter Wing. His wife Laureen, a dedicated homeschooling mom, and their three children - Ashley, Kamron, and Brant - have embraced military life with enthusiasm, excelling in academics, sports, and outdoor pursuits.

The Boumas' story is one of unwavering commitment to country, family, and community. From Lee's combat missions to the family's active involvement in Klamath Falls, they exemplify the spirit of service and adventure.

As Lee approaches retirement in 2025, the family reflects on their journey with gratitude, having forged lasting connections and instilling in their children a deep appreciation for service, education, and nature.

We are truly grateful to the Bouma family for sharing their incredible story with us. It's an honor and privilege to feature such an amazing family during Veterans Day and Military Families Appreciation Month. Their legacy of service and togetherness is an inspiration to us all. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έβ€οΈ
